Terms of Service
These terms cover use of this website. The work we do for you is governed by your signed agreement.
Last updated: July 23, 2026
1. Scope of these terms
These terms apply to your use of cyberconnectit.com. They are website terms only.
They do not govern the delivery of cybersecurity or IT services. That work is governed by the master services agreement, statement of work, or written quote signed between CyberConnect IT Services and the client. Where these website terms and a signed client agreement differ, the signed agreement controls.
Nothing on this website creates a client relationship, a service commitment, or a binding quote. A relationship begins when a written agreement is signed by both parties.
2. No warranty on published information
The security and IT information published on this site - including statistics, service descriptions, project write-ups, checklists, and general guidance - is provided for information only. It is general in nature and is not tailored to your environment, your risk profile, or your regulatory obligations.
Acting on general guidance is not a substitute for an assessment of your actual systems. We make no warranty that information on this site is complete, current, or suitable for your situation, and we are not liable for actions taken on the basis of it without an engagement.
Third-party statistics are attributed to their published sources. We do not warrant the accuracy of third-party research.
3. The incident intake form is not a 24/7 monitored channel
This is the most important term on this page. Read it before you rely on the form.
The priority incident intake form is triaged with a 6-hour response target. It is not a continuously staffed channel, and submitting it does not guarantee an immediate response.
If your situation is critical - systems are encrypted, operations are stopped, or an attacker appears to still be active - call instead of submitting a form. The phone number is in the footer of every page, and also inside the incident intake dialog.
General inquiries are answered within 48 hours.
4. Intellectual property
The content of this site - text, layout, design, code, photography of completed work, and the CyberConnect name and logo - is owned by CyberConnect IT Services unless otherwise noted.
Client names, logos, and project photographs are published with the permission of the businesses concerned and remain the property of those businesses. Third-party organization logos shown in the foundations section are the property of those organizations and appear to indicate support, not affiliation or endorsement.
You may link to this site and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions, present our project write-ups as your own work, or use our name or logo to imply a partnership that does not exist.
5. Limitation of liability
This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we may change or remove content at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CyberConnect IT Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.
This section limits liability arising from the website. Liability arising from services delivered under a signed client agreement is governed by the limitation of liability clause in that agreement, not by this page.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Canadian consumer protection law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it. Any dispute arising from this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saskatchewan.
7. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to Dorian Balogh, CyberConnect IT Services, Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, using the contact section of this site. For how we handle personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
