Service Areas
CyberConnect is based in Regina and supports businesses across southern Saskatchewan. What that means practically depends on where you are, so here is the honest version.
Regina
Regina is home base. Most active client sites are here, and it is where onsite attendance is fastest and least disruptive to schedule.
- Remote response: 6-hour target for active incidents, 48 hours for general requests.
- Onsite: available for incidents, installs, and scheduled project work, usually same or next business day.
- Context: the network builds, camera systems, and POS work shown on the projects page were delivered here.
Moose Jaw
Moose Jaw is roughly a 45-minute drive from our Regina base, which makes scheduled onsite work straightforward without an overnight.
- Remote response: identical to Regina - support is remote-first, so response targets do not change with distance.
- Onsite: booked in advance for installs, audits, and hardware work; same-day attendance is possible for scheduled work.
- Context: a good fit for hospitality, recreation, and retail sites that need a real person on site occasionally but not weekly.
Saskatoon
Saskatoon is supported remote-first, with onsite visits planned rather than improvised. The drive is around two and a half hours, so we are straightforward about what that means.
- Remote response: identical to Regina - the majority of security and IT work never requires physical attendance.
- Onsite: scheduled visits, typically grouped so a single trip covers installs, audits, and anything physical that has accumulated.
- Context: best suited to businesses whose day-to-day needs are remote-serviceable, with occasional planned hardware work.
Surrounding and rural Saskatchewan
We support rural sites across southern Saskatchewan, including golf courses, clubhouses, and venues outside the main centres. Rural sites often have the weakest existing infrastructure and benefit the most from a proper rebuild.
- Remote response: same targets, provided the site has a working connection. Where connectivity is the actual problem, that becomes the first project.
- Onsite: planned site visits, quoted per trip and usually combined with project work to keep travel economical.
- Context: if you are outside the areas listed here, ask. Distance is a scheduling and cost question, not usually a refusal.
How onsite attendance is billed
To keep this page honest rather than aspirational: every monthly plan is remote-first, and onsite attendance is a priced add-on rather than something bundled invisibly into the rate.
- IT Core Care includes remote support, with onsite days available per visit.
- IT Infrastructure Lead can include a recurring dedicated onsite half-day each week.
- One-time installs and rebuilds are quoted per project, with travel included in the quote.
Exact figures are on the services section. If travel materially changes the cost for your location, you will see it in the quote before any work starts, not afterward.
